I based the cider press on <a href=\"https:\/\/rucksackfoodie.files.wordpress.com\/2013\/01\/image65.jpg?w=240&amp;h=180\" rel=\"lightbox[11629]\">this image<\/a> I found online, and John helped me figure out the design. See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/?p=11603\">part 1<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/?p=11615\">part 2<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><em>After the apples are brought back to the farm, it&#8217;s time to press them into apple cider! Even Lord Karsten is on hand for this part of the process, and Elise got to be the first one to sample the year&#8217;s apple cider.
