{"id":13845,"date":"2019-08-20T16:30:47","date_gmt":"2019-08-20T16:30:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/?p=13845"},"modified":"2019-08-20T16:30:47","modified_gmt":"2019-08-20T16:30:47","slug":"cider-press-tutorial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/?p=13845","title":{"rendered":"Cider Press Tutorial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Here is the breakdown of the cider press design we came up with for my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/?p=11629\">Apple Pressing<\/a> build.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several brick modified with stud are used to connect the various elements of the base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Two stud wide tiles are connected around the outer edge to form a tray like container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/2-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>While a small wagon wheel fits in between the two arches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/3-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This inkwell and technic wheel are used to attach a crank to the press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/4-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.brickbuilt.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/5-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"480\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next comes the apple hopper.
