CCC XVI: Calbridge Castle

This is my fifth entry for the Colossal Castle Contest XVI. I always enjoy building microscale castle scenes, so I certainly wasn’t going to pass up the Micro Medieval Mountain category, even if the prize wasn’t very desirable for me…
The micro ship design was inspired by Henjin Quilones.

The fortress of Calbridge is built right into the Fjall mountains and its mighty walls protect the harbor and village along the coast.

  1. I really like this model. I’m working on a micro castle of my own, and I was wondering if you could help me figure out one of the peices you used in this model so I can add it to mine? On the 2 towers with white “smoke/flags” coming out of them, there are round flat peices that are wider thn 1 stud, but not quite 2 studs wide. What are those? I don’t recognize them, but they do great job of selling the look of those towers.
