Treaty With the Lír Teilien Elves

My 6th (but not final!) entry to the CCC, for the Diplomatic Mission category. I always enjoy building Elvish architecture, so this was a really fun build for me. Plus I got to put some of our lavender leaves to use!
The queen Catrína of Goldwick has come to visit the Lír Teilien elves, in hopes of establishing a commerce treaty between her people, and the elves.
