Furniture Tutorial #18

Time for another tutorial focusing on furniture!

The first of the four designs is a small cabinet utilizing some of the new book elements. A core made up of a 1×1 technic brick topped by a brick modified with stud allows for the book covers and a 1×2 jumper plate to be attached.

The rounded edges of the book covers give a unique look to the design.

Second is a door made up of SNOT plates, tiles, and jumper plates.

Though the interesting portion uses some 1×2 brackets to center a turntable base in the door as a window.

I came up with this design for use in my Fresh Baked Goods model.

Next is another version of a candle holder.

Bar 1L with 1×1 Round Plate with Hollow Stud are used in combination with a few 1×1 round plates to attach the flames.

And those assemblies can then be connected to a travis brick.

Which in turn is attached to the stand.

Last is a corner desk design John came up with.

The 2×2 brackets attach the 1×4 fences.

Giving a fancy pattern to the sides of the desk. And then plates, tiles, and jumpers are used to make the work surface.

Allowing for whatever details you want to be added on top.
