This is my unofficial entry to the Natural Beauty category of the Summer Joust. This is my biggest build so far to have a completely irregular base, and I enjoyed getting to make lots of snow and studs up rockwork again. The smaller pine tree is based off of mrcp6d’s design.
Part of any Mitgardian warrior’s training is to learn how to survive for days outside in the frigid cold with minimal supplies. Snow shelters offer relative warmth during the night if well constructed.
Huh, funny… At the end of the month I’ll be starting a collab with a couple friends of mine and the main plot is how we have to survive in the winter… 😛 Really nice work here, I love all the trees and the little shelter, I had considered doing something like that… it’d be cool if you put a couple shields at the entrance to really seal it off.
Thanks! Yeah, I could have completely sealed the shelter, but wanted to leave it slightly open so the figs were visible.
